We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing as accurately as reasonably possible. Display settings, photography, or manufacturing updates can cause minor differences.
Availability
Product availability can change. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, CarryVale may cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.
Errors and Corrections
CarryVale may correct material pricing, description, availability, or other website errors and may contact you when an existing order is affected.

What Happens When You Place an Order
An order moves through submission, payment authorization, review, processing, fulfillment, and delivery. CarryVale may review an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

Order Acceptance
CarryVale may accept, decline, limit, or cancel orders because of availability, payment issues, suspected misuse, errors, or other legitimate reasons.

You authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for the order total presented during checkout, including applicable taxes.

Prices and Payments Should Stay Clear
Product prices and available promotions are shown on the website or during checkout. Review the final order total before submitting payment.

A later price change does not normally affect an accepted order unless a material pricing error requires correction.

Free Shipping on All Products
Shipping cost: CarryVale provides free shipping on all products.
Standard delivery: Standard order delivery is 3–5 calendar days.
Delivery timing can be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, address issues, transportation events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Free for 30 Days
CarryVale offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to applicable return requirements and the condition of the product.
Customers should follow the return or exchange instructions provided by CarryVale so the request can be identified and processed correctly.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they cannot legally be limited.
Automatic Savings Where Eligible
Successful email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. No discount code is required, and the discount is not limited to a first order.
Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount without a discount code.
The applicable store or checkout experience determines and displays the savings applied to an eligible order.
07 — Fulfillment & Delivery
From Confirmed Order to Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed delivery information may delay an order or require additional action.
No standard shipping charge is applied to CarryVale products.
This is CarryVale's standard order delivery timeframe.
Delivery details should be complete and accurate before checkout is submitted.
Carrier, weather, transportation, or other events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
08 — Responsible Use
Use CarryVale Lawfully and Respectfully
You may not use CarryVale, its content, checkout systems, communications, or services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Legal Limits Apply Only Where Permitted
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Website Availability
CarryVale aims to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.
Product Use
Products should be used according to supplied instructions, warnings, compatibility information, and their intended purpose.
Limits Where Law Allows
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarryVale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising solely from website use.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue where legally permitted.
No Automatic Waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

These Terms, applicable store policies, and information presented during an order or promotion form the agreement governing CarryVale use and related purchases.
North Carolina Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States law.
